The Business Problem

  • aging patients with chronic illness were often more informed than their care providers.

  • Providers and patients alike shared perspectives that their exchange had become stagnant and at times, hostile, due to a lack of information.

The Design Solution

  • create a knowledge management solution that would continuously support providers in refining their expertise amidst frequent changes in medical research, internal processes, and staffing

  • E-learning modules where created a shared via an open source learning management system & professional conference.

  • We use consultation & interviews with Subject Matter Experts to create a visual map of our process

  • Our storyboards use the ADDIE model to create information architecture. Narration scripts are also inform development.

  • We create a brand story using images, color theory, audio recordings, and video

  • Gamification & Interactive elements are added based on information architecture

  • We meet client needs and improve employee performance
